We're innto a new look!

Between February and July, sections of the hotel will be closed off due to renovations.  For the least amount of guest inconvenience, we have instructed our construction crews to work between the hours of  9 am (9:30 am weekends) and 8 pm.  To access the lobby, salon and car rental please use the entrance door just past the main entrance at the five story building.  For the restaurant, please use the same entrance or the Brown Canopy entrance at Guy Hollerin's Restaurant.

What's Happening Now

• Adding new wall vinyl, lighting and artwork to all guest rooms
• Removing openable windows/doorwalls and installing new windows and hvac units
• Adding a new canopy for our main entrance
• Painting the remaining blue roof
• Changing the ballroom chandeliers
• Adding pre-function room sconces
• Updating our landscaping

What's Upcoming

• Adding new furniture to all our guest rooms

What's Done

• Complete lobby reconstruction with new ceiling, lighting, wall tiling, front desk, furniture and flooring
• Remodeled guest bathrooms
• New entrance, storage space and flooring in Guy Hollerin's
• Media Lounge space in what used to be Guy Hollerin's Game Room
• New corridor ceiling, wall vinyl, lighting, artwork and carpeting
• New ballroom ceiling, wall vinyl, carpeting, lighting and banquet chairs
• New pre-function room ceiling, wall vinyl, artwork, carpeting and furniture
• New indoor and outdoor pool deck
• New Avis Office
• New sprinkler system around hotel
• Removed Guy Hollerin's outdoor deck area and sand volleyball court
