The event that we held at the Holiday Inn was really well done - excellent service and good food. Because of some issues with the Inn's computer systems, we had a issue with regard to completing payment for the event the night it took place and which then required multiple contacts to complete the process.

I have only received excellent remarks from the SASO conference participants, which means that your hotel and staff must have made their stay enjoyable. I have to commend the front desk and sales staff for thinking way ahead and contacting to finalize the van service, that I forgot about. Without that svcs, everyone would have been unhappy with me.
